The punch bowl is exactly what I was looking for-very basic. The bowl itself is heavy which is good. The glasses were fine. The hooks for the glasses are plastic, which seems to be the case for most punch bowls.

When I first received this product, the little cups were all broken. The packaging by the manufacturer (not Amazon) was horrible…no bubble wrap or styrofoam. The punch bowl itself was intact, but I could see imperfections in the glass. I returned it without incident and it was replaced. The return policy and procedure was exellent and very easy. The overall quality of the product is just ok. The new bowl and cups arrived and are not broken…but the same packaging was used…why it wasn’t broken I have no idea! You get what you pay for…I needed a punch bowl and didn’t want to pay a lot. I now have one…it’s not the best, but it serves its purpose!

I haven’t used the cups yet. The punch bowl is not the most elegant but it is sturdy. I was looking for one that would last awhile and this is exactly it.
